It usually takes me around 5 days to write one page of A4 format in calligraphy, while an A3 sheet would require 5-8 days. The turnaround time can increase due to pending orders.
Please write the desired date you wish to receive your purchase on when you place your order, and I will let you know if I can manage by that date or will need to do it as a rush order.

Yes, rush orders are OK at a 50% surcharge. The turnaround time for rush orders is 2-7 days depending on the size of the order.
Same day or next day rush order is possible depending on the size of text at a 100% surcharge.
You can upgrade your shipping to an express to speed up the delivery, as well.

It usually takes 3-5 days to deliver an order within the UK and up to 2 weeks to overseas. This is the timeframe recommended by Royal Mail and Global Mail that I use for national and international deliveries that doesn't guarantee the item will be delivered without a delay if there is a problem at the customs or due to seasonal holidays delay. As a rule, national shipments are delivered on time.
Please note that before and during Christmas holidays shipping time gets longer.

Once the item was decided upon and is in the process of being created, I cannot change it. If I made a mistake, though, I would be happy to rewrite the text.

I am very sorry that my work wasn't up to your expectations. I usually send photos of the finished piece before shipping, so I don't issue a refund if the work has been already shipped. However if you are not happy with some element of my work and it is due to my fault, and the item hasn't been shipped yet, I will gladly try to change it.
If there was no my fault in the reason why you dislike the finished piece, I cannot refund you, unfortunately.
